Amore Body Lab Lymphatics came from something really personal for me.
I've been in the beauty industry for over 25 years, and I've always been obsessed with the holistic side of beauty, not just how we look, but how we actually feel in our bodies.
I've struggled with an underactive thyroid, fluid retention and cellulite for as long as I can remember. I know that heavy, sluggish feeling. I know what it's like to feel like your body just isn't doing what you want it to do.
And growing up, I watched my mum struggle with lymphoedema and cellulite too.
So somewhere along the way, it became my mission to understand the body more, especially the lymphatic system, and to help women feel more comfortable and confident in themselves.
I also got so sick of seeing things online basically saying, "use this cream and your cellulite will disappear."
Like… no. That is not how it works. You can't slap a cream on once a day and expect it to magically change everything.
What I've learnt over the years is that it's about the whole picture, supporting your lymphatic system, massage, movement, consistency, and using products that work alongside what you're already doing.
That is why I created Amore Body Lab Lymphatics.
I wanted to create products and tools that women could actually use at home and make part of their everyday routine. Because let's be real, if I was a millionaire, I'd have a lymphatic massage every single week. I tell my clients that all the time. But who can realistically do that? Most of us can't.
So I wanted to create something achievable. Something you could do yourself, at home, for five minutes a day. Maybe you use one of our lymphatic tools. Maybe you massage in your body oil. Maybe you just slow down for five minutes before bed and actually pay attention to your body instead of rushing from one thing to the next.
That is what this brand is really about.
Yes, I want to help women with the appearance of cellulite and that puffy, heavy feeling. But it's bigger than that for me. So many women are dealing with hormones, autoimmune issues, fluid retention, stress, exhaustion, and just feeling disconnected from their bodies.
Sometimes you just need something that makes you stop.
Five minutes. Massage your body. Breathe. Slow down. Do something for you.
I always say you sometimes have to be selfish to be selfless. We spend so much time looking after everyone else, and sometimes we forget that our own body needs attention too.
I've spent years creating these products because I wanted them to have a purpose, not another miracle cream sitting in your bathroom cupboard, but a ritual you actually use. Something affordable. Something simple. Something that helps you feel lighter, more energised, and more connected to your body.

It came from my own struggles, watching my mum's struggles, my love of the beauty industry, and this genuine obsession I have with helping women feel good in their bodies again.
